Tip #1- Storage for Your Clear Stamps *Have lots of cd cases around your house? Pull out all the inserts (even that part that holds the cd) Use the right side (where you took the cd holder out) and lay your clear stamps on the plastic. Close the case as TADA! Acrylic Stamp Storage. To see your stamps when chosing an image, jusst flip the case over to the back and you can see what the images will look like when you stamp them (perfect for picking out words or phrases!)
Tip #2- Ribbon Storage * I like to keep my ribbon in a photo storage box, and punch holes all around the top to feed the ribbon through. (See the post on 12/9/07- the last picture- for example). This way i dont have to keep all the sepatate spools, i can neatly put the ribbon inside the box, and when a spot opens up i can buy new stuff! (i use all 4 sides of my boxes and sort them by color and holiday).
Tip #3- Ink Pads *Label the sides of your ink pads so you can easily identify the colors, and store them upside down to keep them juicy!
Tip #4- Nestabilities *Take an empty cd case. Take out the insert that holds the cd. Add 2 strips of magnets of the inside of the case. Lay the nestabilities on the magnet and it will hold it in place!
Tip #5- Ink Pads (version 2) * Michael's and JoAnns carry a great 4x6 photo case. it is about 2 feet wide, and 4 inches deep, and 2 feet tall (approx. measurements). Its perfect for holding your ink pads (especially CTMH inks) and great for transporting them to crops and gatherings!!
